ORLANDO INTERNATIONAL FASHION WEEK ANNOUNCES NEW 2026 BOARD AND LEADERSHIP ADDITIONS
ORLANDO, FL | January 2026 — Orlando International Fashion Week (OIFW), the premier fashion event held in the City Beautiful, is proud to announce new additions to its 2026 leadership team. With a board structure that includes Advocates, an Advisory Board, a Production Team, and the Executive Committee, OIFW continues to expand the expertise and community leadership behind its mission to enhance international tourism to Florida through entertainment and education while enriching all aspects of the fashion industry and highlighting inclusion.
NEW ADVISORY BOARD MEMBERS
OIFW welcomes four new Advisory Board members whose backgrounds reflect the organization’s commitment to education, community engagement, cultural impact, and talent development.
- Chance Gwyen, entrepreneur and owner of CG Training and Consulting, joins as an internationally experienced model, posing and pageant coach, show director, and head judge. Her expertise strengthens OIFW’s model development pipeline and the organization’s commitment to preparing talent with professionalism and confidence.
- Jan Edwards brings extensive leadership, speaking, and training expertise, along with a strong track record in advocacy and youth-focused education. She is the founder of prevention-based initiatives that equip young people and families with tools to navigate complex social challenges and has helped bring national awareness to human exploitation prevention through education and public engagement.
- Tracy Feldman, a textile consultant with more than 30 years of experience in textile design and production management, joins the Advisory Board to support OIFW’s continued growth in fashion education, designer support, and production excellence.
- Dr. John Payne-Rios joins as an educational leader and arts advocate with over 20 years of experience across higher education and K-12. He currently serves at Orange County Public Schools and Valencia College and brings deep expertise in technical theatre, communications, and arts integration, with a passion for strengthening creative communities through strategic partnerships.
NEW PRODUCTION TEAM MEMBERS
OIFW is also expanding its Production Team, welcoming new members who will support the execution and experience design that defines OIFW’s immersive shows and cultural programming.
- Travis Young, professionally known as DJ TL Smooth, joins the Production Team with over 20 years of performance and event production experience. Through DJ and production services that include audio, lighting, video, and content support, DJ TL Smooth strengthens OIFW’s commitment to high-quality entertainment and elevated guest experience.
- Virgil Aaron joins the OIFW Production Team, bringing creative production energy and hands-on event support that enhances both show experience and operational flow. A Central Florida–raised creative with formal training in fashion design and production, he has worked as a Costume Tech Designer.
NEW EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEMBER
OIFW is proud to announce Guenet Gittens-Roberts as a new member of the Executive Committee and Board of Directors. A recognized leader in culture, tourism, media, and community development, Guenet serves as President of the Caribbean American Chamber of Commerce of Florida, Publisher of Caribbean American Passport News Magazine, and Chief Experience Officer of Orlando Carnival Downtown. She is also the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of GGR Marketing and PR, a firm specializing in events, healthcare marketing, and engagement within the Caribbean market.
Guenet is the visionary behind CAP Village (Culture. Arts. People. Village), a creative hub located at Orlando Fashion Square Mall that serves as an event space, content studio, and business incubator. CAP Village supports storytellers, entrepreneurs, and creatives while fostering meaningful connections where culture, ideas, and community come together.

Orlando International Fashion Week invites the community, visitors, and media to experience the energy of OIFW’s summer season at Orlando International Fashion Week Presents: 626 Euphoria, taking place Saturday, June 6, 2026, at the Winter Park Events Center. Attendees can choose from two showtimes, 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., featuring runway presentations, VIP experiences, and a vibrant mix of fashion, art, culture, and high-energy creativity.
